Event Awards Packages:

If you're curious about the fantastic awards we have in store, simply click on "OTC Awards" in the menu. Prepare to be impressed by our top-notch award packages, designed to honor and celebrate the achievements of participants.

Event Format:

Our event promises an exciting and competitive atmosphere. Here's an overview of the event format:

  • A minimum of 3 games guaranteed.
  • Kick off with 2 pool games on Saturday, followed by thrilling single-elimination bracket play on Sunday.
  • Count on our dedicated on-site umpire in charge and site directors, available 24/7, to ensure a smooth and fair event.

Venue Regulations:

To ensure the enjoyment of all attendees and maintain a respectful environment, we have a few important regulations in place:

  • Beyond the gate entrance, please refrain from bringing pets.
  • Kindly avoid using boom boxes or playing music within the venue premises.
  • As a gesture of support for the parks and their sustainability, we request that you refrain from bringing outside food or drink past any gate entry points.
  • Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Event Fees:

We offer a range of options for participation, with clear and transparent fee structures:

  • Coach Pitch Entry Fee:  $100
  • Coach Pitch Pay @ The Plate: $40.00 Per Game
  • Kid Pitch Entry Fee:  $200
  • Kid Pitch Pay @ The Plate: $60.00 Per Game
  • Gate Fee: $10.00 Per Adult (Ages 10 & Below Free Entry)

Game Times:

Here's what you need to know about game times:

  • Coach pitch plays 1 hour no drop dead time/6 innings/run rule.
  • Ages 9U-12U play 1:30 game time/6 innings/run rule. 
  • Ages 13U-15U play 1:30 game time/7 innings/run rule. 
  • Run rules: 12 after 3 innings, 10 after 4 innings, and 8 after 5 innings.

Pitching Limits:

For participants aged 9U-15U, pitching limits ensure a fair and balanced competition as well as safety:

  • Ages 9U-12U get a max of 8 innings on the weekend
  • Ages 13U-15U get a max of 10 innings on the weekend.
  • Innings are not limited daily.
  • OTC Sports firmly feels that pitchers arm care comes from their coaches not from  us as an organization.

  • We'll communicate primarily through the email address listed in your Team Dugout.
  • You have the option to add additional email contacts for event updates. Provide the name and email of the contact to keep them in the loop.

Schedule Requests:

If you have specific scheduling needs, follow these steps to submit a schedule request:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the event title.
  3. In the event menu, navigate to Schedule Request and submit your request.
  4. Schedule requests are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  5. These requests are intended for teams facing unique challenges and requiring special playing times with a minimum of 9 players.
  6. Matchups will be adjusted to accommodate teams with similar schedule requests.

Please note that schedule requests will not be accepted after the Monday preceding the event start date.
