Team Insurance Policies

Policy Details:
Team Insurance for the 2023 Fall and 2024 Spring/Summer season. 
Your team coverage will begin and become effective on the date you purchase your policy until the expiration date of the policy.

General Liability Coverage: 

Great American Insurance Group (rated  A- by AM Best) 

Occurrence Limit:   $1,000,000

Damage to Rented Premises Limit: $100,000

Med Expense Limit: $ 5,000

Personal & Adv Injury Limit: $1,000,000

General Agg Limit: $ 3,000,000

Products/Comp Oper: $ 3,000,000

Abuse & Molestation Occurrence Limit: $100,000

Abuse & Molestation Agg Limit: $300,000

Medical Coverage:

Accident Limit: $ 100,000

Dental Limit: $ 1,500

AD&D Limit: $ 2,500

Deductible: $ 250

The policy will be emailed to you within 48 hours. 
Insurance policy is non-refundable.

Once you have purchased your team policy, you can request additional insured certificates by emailing Certs@wilsonsportsins.com. You will need to provide to them your team age, additional insured name, and the address. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. 

Team Pricing:

All fees below include administrative fees.

7U - 12U teams - $150.00

13U - 15U teams - $180.00
