The OTC Sports refund policy is set in place to protect OTC Sports and the hours of work put in to run great events.
Sanction fees are non-refundable.
Gate fees are non-refundable.
Any team that pulls out of a scheduled event less than six (6) days prior to the start of the event forfeits their entry fee.
If the entry fee was not paid online the team must mail a check for the full entry fee before participating in any future OTC Sports event.
Any team that pulls out of a scheduled event after pool play schedules are published forfeits their entry fee AND will be subject to a $100 fine.
The fine must be paid immediately to OTC Sports. Any unpaid fines will result in that team not participating in any future OTC Sports events until
the fine is paid in full. If the entry fee was not paid online the must mail a check for the full entry fee AND fine before participating in any future
OTC Sports event.
If an event is shortened or canceled due to weather, teams will receive a refund in the form of a credit towards a future OTC Sports event according to the following:
No Games Played - 100% of entry fees ONLY
1st game 3 1/2 innings completed - 50% of entry fees ONLY
2nd game started - No Refund
Exceptions to the refund policy may be granted on a case by case basis by the OTC Sports State Director or Corporate.
